Prior to this, Lars Längauer was managing director and partner of various companies in the service sector. He worked for five years in a management position at the Federation of Migros Cooperatives and then at the Migros Aare Cooperative as Head of Center Management. From 2007 to 2008 he worked as an independent management consultant.

Educational background

Studied business administration at the University of Berne, further training in strategic and operational retail management, systemic consulting, organizational development and certified board member.
