Dr. Mariza Chavez Steinmann holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Bern. In her dissertation, she examined the provision, procurement and use of information from customer surveys in the innovation process. She holds a Master's degree in Sales Management from Ruhr University Bochum and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She has also spent time abroad at Griffith University Gold Coast [Australia] and at the Libera Università Maria Assunta in Rome [Italy].
