Natalia Nowicka holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Fribourg, with a focus on finance and controlling. Her education also includes three years of full-time training in process, project, business and leadership design at Kaospilots. She has also qualified as a process-oriented coach and supervisor at the Institute for Process Work and is a Certified Council Guide. Other qualifications include further training in group dynamics and radical collaboration as well as a basic course in process work at the Institute for Process Work.
